Photo Instructions

For Exteriors:

Digital photos: You can mail me color prints, or a thumb drive with images, or simply attach them to an email.

  1. Photograph each side of the house. The house should fill the viewing frame. If at all possible, take photos on a cloudy day when shadows will not cast over the surface. If you must take photos in the sun, be sure to photograph each side of the building when the sun is shining on it. This will allow me to see all of the homes' details.
  2. Take close-ups of all architectural features such as porches, gables, windows, entryway, doors, brackets, eaves and surrounding fencing. You may use the flash when taking close ups.
  3. Get shots of your immediate neighbors' homes-next door and across the street.
  4. Label prints with "Post-It-Notes" or notes in email, and send along with completed Client Profile Form and your payment.

IMPORTANT: Rush jobs not accepted without email confirmation from me first.

For Interiors:

  2. Take closeups of all architectural features such as built-ins, crown moldings, vaulted ceilings, etc...
